所有參加實務考試的考生均會獲借用全套用具。此外，考生亦可使用自備用具（只限手用器械及／或車針）。這些用具如有任何損毀，香港牙醫管理委員會恕不負責。所有借用的用具必須於考試完成後全套歸還。
